Product prices shown in our online catalog do not include shipping and handling. Ortega Tack & Feed ships to US only.  Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check-out by UPS integration.  Ortega Tack & Feed ships all product F.O.B.  Ortega Tack & Feed is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.  Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties at time of delivery.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Ortega Tack & Feed products, simply return the product within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Please provide an explanation of your dissatisfaction with our product via e-mail or written note included in returned shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Ortega Tack & Feed is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns will be credited to your credit card account.
